Our mission statement is:

1. Raid

- We raid 3 days a week (TUE, THU & SUN from 20:00 to 24:00 CET), with people fully qualified
for doing their tasks during those raids.

- We aim to achieve at least what 4 day / week guilds achieve.

- Focus on progression during those 3 days. With an aim at finishing an expansion before the next.

- We use a DKP system for use during our 3 days of full raiding.

- We don't do call lists of any sorts.

2. Raiders

- When recruiting we aim for people geared for their function, not starters.

- We are all people not npc's. And expect respect as people in all aspects of our play.

- We aim for a friendly atmosphere during raiding and every day interactions.

- In HG we are all treated as equals, and expect everyone to behave accordingly.

3. Social

- We have a "social rank" in our guild which is not a backdoor to becoming a full raider.

- We provide an open raid on Fridays to include our socials and friends of the guild.
